TEHRAN, Iran (AP) — Iran is holding an hours-lengthy funeral ceremony for the late Iranian president, Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, following his demise over the weekend on the age of eighty two.
Hundreds of Tehran residents and authorities officers have gathered on the Tehran College campus, the place Rafsanjani’s casket is on show. Authorities have declared Tuesday a public vacation so Iranians can commemorate Rafsanjani.
