The Corridor County Board of Supervisors will hear an replace from Corridor County Lawyer Jack Zitterkopf on the zoning compliance of C&I Cattle Co. at its assembly at 9 a.m. Tuesday.

Ken Kohlhof, president of C&I Cattle Co., and the Corridor County board have been at odds since October 2015 after the board directed Zitterkopf to ship a letter to Kohlhof and his lawyer, David Domina of Omaha, demanding he get his feedlot into compliance with zoning laws. On the time, Kohlhof operated a feedlot with “about three,000 head of cattle in feeding pens” about three-quarters of a mile west of his residence at 11225 W. Loup River Street close to Dannebrog.
