Early Life

Alexx Ekubo was born in the late 80’s to the beautiful family of Maazị Alex Ekubo Okwaraeke and Jane Ekubo-Okwaraeke in the Southern part of Nigeria.

Precisely, Alexx was born on 10th April, 1986 in Port Harcourt, River State, Nigeria. Rivers State is a state in the South Southern part of Nigeria.

Growing up, Alexx lived and spent much time with his parents in Lagos, Katsina and Kano. He had his elementary and secondary education in these cities. For his secondary education, Alexx attended the Federal Government College Daura, Katsina State.

Later, he got admitted into the prestigious University of Calabar (UniCal), therein he studied and bagged a degree in Law. Thereafter, Alexx studied in Calabar Polytechnic and obtained a Diploma in Mass Communication. More so, he bagged a degree in Theatre Arts from the University of Calabar.

Career

Alexx Ekubo joined the Nigerian movie industry (Nollywood) in 2005. Due to his acting performance Alexx has been able to make a name for himself.

Notably, Alexx rose to prominence shortly after joining the movie industry.

As a model, Alex has starred in many music videos. Like, Yemi Alade’s Johnny the Lover Boy and others.

Alexx Ekubo has featured in over 100 movies since he rose to prominence.

Awards

Due to his expertise in explaining movie roles Alexx Ekubo has won many hearts and awards all to and by himself. These among others are some of his awards;

Is Alex Ekubo Married?

No, please. Alexx Ekubo is yet to find his missing rib, although rumor mongers alleged he got married secretly to his American girlfriend.

This rumor, in fact, originated following the pictures he posted on his Insta Story when he visited his girlfriend, Fancy Acholonu – an American model – to celebrate her birthday in 2017. Alex’s current marital status is slippery as it was.
