Early Life and Education
Emelia Brobbey was born on January 6, 1982; she grew up in Akyem Swedru, Ghana.
She attended Akyem Swedru Secondary School before proceeding to Presbyterian Teacher’s Training College, where she earned a Certificate “A”. She also holds a certificate in journalism, an ICM certificate in broadcast journalism, and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
Career
Brobbey was appointed to teach at Obuasi, where she taught agricultural science before she was introduced to acting. She has appeared in many movies, such as Seed of Rejection, Adofoasa, Asantewaa, Asem Asa, etc.
She began her musical career in 2019 with her first single, “Fa me ko”. In January 2020, Brobbey released her second single “Odo Electric”
Achievement
She was announced as an ambassador for the COVID-19 National Trust Fund in March 2021.
Personal Life
Brobbey got married to Dr. Kofi Adu Boateng in 2010 but they departed in 2012. Her ex-husband is the founder of End Point Homeopathy Clinic.
She is a single mother of two Kids. Brobbey gave birth to her first son while she was still a student in teacher training school while the second son was from her previous marriage with doctor Kofi and was born on 13 June 2013.
