Early Life
Kate Henshaw was born into the beautiful family of four. She is the first child of her parents and was born on 19th July, 1971 in Cross River, Calabar, Nigeria. Cross River State is a state in the South Southern part of Nigeria.
Growing up Kate was focused and goal-oriented. She had both her elementary and secondary education at Calabar. Therein, she obtained both her First School Leaving Certificate and West African Senior Certificate.
Later, Kate got admitted into the prestigious University of Calabar (UniCal), therein, she had her remedial studies.
Kate Henshaw later went further to study Medical Microbiology at the School of Medical Lab Science, Lagos State Teaching Hospital (LUTH).
Career
Being a go-getter and goal-oriented young adult as at then. Kate Henshaw started a career in the movie industry (Nollywood).
Kate started acting officially in 1993. Then, she featured in the Nollywood blockbuster movie – When The Sun Sets. Her performance in the movie paved the way for her and her career generally.
