Paul Obazele Early Life
The renowned Nigerian movie actor, director, and producer Paul Obazele was born in Lagos State, Nigeria.
Although he was born in Lagos, Obazele is originally a native of Esan, Edo State. Edo State is a State in the South Southern part of Nigeria. He is the fifth child of his parents’ grown-up children.
For his education, Paul attended his secondary education at Anglican Grammar School, Ubulu Ukwu in Delta State. There, he obtained his West African School Certificate.
Later, he proceeded to Auchi Polytechnic where he studied and bagged a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration.
Early Career
He joined joined the Nigerian movie industry popularly known as Nollywood in 1996.
Notably, Paul rose to prominence shortly after joining the industry. ‘Shadow of Death,’ a movie which later became a blockbuster, brought Obazele to the limelight.
In 1999, Obazele was already a developed and renowned actor. Then, he started directing movies.
