Queen Nwokoye Early Life
Queen Nwokoye was born in the early ’80s to the beautiful family of Mr. and Mrs. Nwokoye in Enugu State. Notably, Queen’s family is a strict catholic family of four beautiful girls, Queen is the first child.
Although Queen was born in Enugu State, she is a native of Ihembosi, Ekwusigo, Anambra State. Anambra State is a state in the South-Eastern part of Nigeria.
For her elementary education, Queen attended Airforce Nursery and Primary School, Independence Layout, Enugu, and Ekulu Primary School, Enugu.
She had her secondary education at the Queen’s College, Enugu – after which she proceeded to Nnamdi Azikiwe University (Unizik), Awka, Anambra State.
At Unizik, Queen studied and bagged a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Anthropology.
Career
Stephanie Okereke inspired Queen Nwokoye into joining the Nigerian movie industry (Nollywood). As it were, her story of becoming a renowned actress and celebrity won’t be complete without mentioning Stephanie Okereke.
In 2004, Queen started going for auditions. In fact, her passion for acting made her leave Enugu for Lagos. When she got to Lagos, she joined the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN).
Later, Queen landed her first movie role but didn’t rise to prominence until 2014. “Ada Mbano,” which later became a Nollywood blockbuster movie, brought her to the limelight.
