Early Life

Chigozie Atuanya was born to the family of Mr. and Mrs. Atuanya in the 90’s. Precisely, Chigozie was born on 13th September, 1980 in Aba, Abia State.

He is originally a native of Agu-Ukwu Nri, Anambra state, Nigeria. Anambra State is a state in the south eastern part of Nigeria.

Chigozie had his elementary and secondary education in Aba, Abia State. Abia State is also a state in the South eastern part of Nigeria.

Therein, he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate and West African Senior School Certificate.

Later, Chigozie got admitted into the Prestigious Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT). Therein, he studied and bagged a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration.

Career

After his university education, Chigozie Atuanya joined the Nigerian movie industry in 1998. Before then, Chigozie always went for movie auditions whenever and wherever.

Of a fact, building a career in the entertainment industry was and has never been easy. Notwithstanding, Chigozie persisted. He continued attending movie auditions until he was finally picked and given a role.

As expected, Chigozie has featured in minor roles at first before he finally rose to prominence in 1998.

Plainly, Chigozie was brought to limelight after he, alongside other Nollywood now-notable actors featured in the blockbuster movie “King Jaja of Opobo.”

Now, Chigozie Atuanya has featured and starred in many Nollywood movies. As a producer, he has also produced a couple of films.

Chigozie is not just handsome. He is very talented and goal oriented. In fact, his expertise in explaining movie role brought him to this stage.
