Although she was born and raised in Lagos State, a state in the South-Western part of Nigeria, Juliana Oluwatobiloba is originally from Ipokia Local Government Area of Ogun State.
Born into the family of eight, Juliana did not have the opportunity to further her education to the university level at the time.
