Halle Bailey was born on March 27, 2000, in Atlanta, Georgia. With her older sisters Ski Bailey, Chloe Bailey, and younger brother Branson Bailey, she was raised in Mableton, Georgia. In the middle of 2012, the four of them relocated to Los Angeles. She began singing at a young age and performed in several local productions. In 2013, she and her sister Chloe formed the R&B duo Chloe x Halle. The duo released their debut EP, Uncovered, in 2013, and their debut album, The Kids Are Alright, in 2018.
