Ebere Paul Onuachu (born May 28, 1994) is a professional footballer from Nigeria who plays as a striker for the Belgian club Genk and the Nigeria national team, Super Eagles.

Paul Onuachu was born on the 28th of May, 1994, in Owerri, Imo State, which falls among the states in the South-Eastern geopolitical zone of Nigeria.
From their Nigerian affiliate team, Ebedei, Onuachu joined Danish club FC Midtjylland in 2012 on a contract. He was a prolific scorer for their youth team and later that year made his Cup debut with the first team. In December 2012, he made his league debut.
Paul Onuachu agreed to a new three-year contract with the team in June 2013, then in August 2015, he extended it for a further three years. He went on loan at Vejle BK in early 2015 before returning to FC Midtjylland for the 2015–16 campaign. He signed with the Belgian club Genk in August 2019.
In February 2015, Onuachu received a call-up to the Nigeria under-23 national team. He was first called up to the Nigerian senior team in March 2019. Onuachu scored his first goal for Nigeria on March 26, 2019, against Egypt in a friendly game.
The goal was the fastest ever scored for Nigeria and came within the first ten seconds of the game. He was chosen for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations team representing Nigeria. In Nigeria’s 1-0 victory over Burundi, he took part.
