Udodi was born on January 29, 2003, in West Bloomfield Township, Michigan. He is currently a student-athlete at Standford University in the United States of America.
Career
Udodi Onwuzurike started as a student-athlete before representing Nigeria in international competitions. He represented Nigeria at the 2021 World Under-20 Championships in the 200 in Nairobi, Kenya, where he won the gold medal. He was also a gold medallist at the World Athletics U20 Championships in 2021. At the 2022 Commonwealth Games, he won gold while participating with Team Nigeria in the men’s 4 x 100m relay race.
