Early Life
Thank God Omori Jesam was from Cross-River State in Nigeria but grew up in Agungi, Lagos State, Nigeria from a middle-class background. He started directing at 15, while overseeing stage plays in his school and church. Omori became a professional after graduating from the Pencil Film Institute at the age of 18, making him the youngest professional filmmaker in Nigeria at the time.
Career
TG Omori is a lover of acting, and his strong feeling for acting made him be thinking of a solid idea. He ventured into acting as a teenager but after several attempts to get into the Nigerian film industry as a young actor went in vain. He started learning Cinematographer and Editing from youtube and he usually hires cameras to demonstrate and practice what he learned.
Another thing to note is that TG Omori was a rapper back then with his friends, He edit videos for his friends and also made viral videos for his associate.

TG Omori’s first professional-directed video was “Respect a woman” with the help of ES PLUS in 2016. This gave him awareness and served as a milestone for him.
He continues to perfect himself to be a better music video director in Nigeria. He shot ycee “My side” video in 2018 and In May 2019, He gained more awareness after shooting one of the most controversial songs in Nigeria at that time “AM I A Yahoo Boy” by Naira Marley. He became one of the most popular and expensive music video directors.
TG Omori was responsible for around half of the videos on the summer 2019 charts. Countdown on MTV, Soundcity, and Trace. Soapy by Naira Marley won him viewers’ Choice at the 2020 Soundcity MVP Awards Festival
